What Services do you specialize in?

We provide right from VAT & Bookkeeping, Year End Accounts, Management Accounts, Personal, and Corporation tax, and Payroll. We specialize in the field of management accounting and it stands as the highlight of our services

What is your Process Flow for Accounts Finalistion?

We receive data to complete accounts e.g. bank statements, payroll info.; loan statements, cashbook, access to bookkeeping software etc. We then prepare excel working papers in our own format, if you want us to use your standard working papers, you need to provide the format. We prepare the accounts on the working papers till P&L, Balance sheet and extended trial balance. Then we finalise the accounts on the software. We always use finalization software preferred by our clients.

What are our Price models?

We have three different price models.

  1. Ad-hoc (Pay as you go)
    • Pay only for the number of hours we worked in a month.
    • Per-hour rate on the basis of volume of work.
    • The billing frequency will be monthly.
    • Best for small firms with an uncertain flow of work.

2. Full-Time / Part-Time Employee

    • A dedicated staff member on exclusive basis.
    • Fixed monthly billing.
    • Best for medium-size to large-size firms.
    • Rate could vary depending on the services required.
    • Our standard number of hours are 130 per month for Full Time Employee and 70 per month for Part-Time Employee.

3. Fixed Price Agreement Model

    • Block of number of hours for the period of 3 months / 6 months / 9 months / 1 year.
    • The total number of hours can be utilised until the period ends.
    • The billing frequency will be monthly.
    • Number of hours will be counted on the base of work completed in a month.
